Level and Square Corp. is a small company located in Austin, TX. We're reliable and have almost 20 years of experience doing everything handyman, building custom decks and even houses from scratch, both internationally and locally. We do high-end work at competitive prices and take on just about everything: General contracting, handyman projects, make-readies, punch lists, preparing properties for sale or rent, property maintenance (commercial and residential), landscaping, tree service and removal, welding, deck work, window and door installation, cabinet installation, appliance installation, appliance repair, tile, drywall, paint, texture, etc.
About the owner:
I’m Russell Solis, the founder of Level And Square Corp. My journey in the world of construction and entrepreneurship has been nothing short of extraordinary.
Here’s a glimpse into my story: After graduating from college in Austin I immediately moved to Denver and started working for a premier deck builder in Denver, Colorado. After a couple years I embarked on my own entrepreneurial path, establishing my first deck company in Austin when I was just 23 years old. Over the next 15 years, I honed my skills and expertise in building high-end decks and crafting outdoor living spaces, all over Austin and the surrounding areas.
While traveling I met, and eventually married, an amazing woman from Sweden. And for five transformative years, I called Sweden home. While in Sweden, I worked for a family owned business building houses from the ground up. This unique experience not only broadened my horizons but also refined my craftsmanship and design sensibilities. I used these skills to entirely renovate and update an old 1940s house that my wife and I purchased.
Beyond the construction site, I’ve always believed in giving back to the global community. Throughout my career, I’ve traveled and volunteered my services for free in various communities around the world, using my skills to make a positive impact. Education has played a pivotal role in shaping my journey. I’m proud to hold a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from St. Edwards University in Austin, which equipped me with the knowledge and tools to navigate the complex world of business.
Family is the core of my life, and they are an integral part of Level And Square Corp. My devoted wife is actively involved in our company, and our two young, enthusiastic kids contribute in their own special ways.
At Level And Square Corp, we believe in the power of specialization without sacrificing versatility. Our team includes operators who specialize in various fields, including welding, A/V, painting, drywall, and flooring/tiling. What sets our team members apart, is that each operator is able to ‘do it all’ and can tackle various projects and challenges in a single service call.
